Our regional and corporate leadership look forward to this special annual event to recognize the importance of all direct support professionals, caregivers, and staff throughout the entire company because you represent the heart and soul of Danville. You fulfill our commitment to those we serve. Thank you for your loyal support and dedication in fulfilling Danville’s mission, which is to help each individual we serve achieve their desired quality of life.
This year’s theme is Danville’s Greatest Hits: DSPs & Caregivers. We want you to feel how grateful we are to have you ‘rock stars’ on our team. We want you to hear our cheers and our applause for your great contributions. Honestly, we are your biggest fans! We also hope to provide you with a deepened sense of community at Danville. To be the best as DSPs and caregivers, everyone should feel supported and nurtured in performing our vital roles. At Danville we strive to treat both the individuals we support and colleagues with compassion, respect, and integrity. Additionally, we also strive to have a good time!
