Each September, Danville proudly participates in National Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week.
We believe that the most important position in our company belongs to our DSPs. They are on the front line, supporting our clients to live their best, self-determined lives. They are liaisons, mentors, coworkers, cooks, teachers, friends, advocates and family. They support our clients to integrate in to their communities and be a part of something bigger. They make a difference every day.
